Services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at the funeral home chapel with burial following in Knights of Honor Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 8 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the funeral home. The daughter of Henry Washington and Mary Ellen Brewer Farris, she was born June 26, 1917, in Darnell, Ark. She married William Henry "Bud" Chennault who preceded her in death. Her adult life was spent caring for her family whom she loved very much. She was also preceded in death by two sons: Billy Eugene Chennault and James William Chennault, and one grandson, Dayton Chennault. Survivors include three sons: Thomas Chennault of Detroit, Joe Chennault and wife, Dorothy, of Borger and Bobby Chennault of Paris; one brother, Jack Farris of Detroit; one sister, Susie Endle of Fort Worth; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
