Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at his home. Family Funeral Care Summer Avenue Chapel has charge. He leaves a daughter, Jennifer Farris of Southaven; his mother, Helen Farris of Gulfport, Miss.; a brother, David Farris of Eads; a stepbrother, C. J. Farris of Memphis, and a companion with whom he lived, Jennifer E. Thompson. The family requests that memorials be sent to American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
