Harvey Loretta M. Harvey, 97, of Olathe, KS, formerly of Windsor, MO, died early Friday morning, December 5, 2003, at Villa St. Francis Care Center in Olathe. She was born August 14, 1906 in Clinton, MO, the daughter of Henry William Hendricks and Cathryn Bridget (Wallpe) Hendricks. On October 15, 1924 in Clinton, MO, she married Arthur B. Farris, who preceded her in death April of 1961. On October 24, 1971 in Clinton, MO, she married William Paul Harvey, who preceded her in death on December 14, 1988. Mrs. Harvey was a homemaker and also worked as a telephone operator and supervisor in Clinton, MO for several years. She was a former member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Windsor and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sedalia. Survivors include a son, Jim Farris, Sedalia, MO; three daughters, Mary Kathryn Zakavich, Independence, MO, Elizabeth Ann Kirk and Patricia Margaret Trottier, both of Kansas City, MO; a stepson, James Harvey, Warren, OH; a stepdaughter, Marguar! ete Harvey, Columbia, MO; a brother, William Hendricks, Clinton, MO; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-greatgrandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands, Loretta was preceded in death by a brother, John Hendricks and two sisters, Maryetta Jones and Matilda Montgomery. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., December 9, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Clinton, MO, with Father Tom Hermes officiating. Burial will be in the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, MO. The family will receive friends one hour before the Funeral Mass from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Mrs. Harvey will lie-in-state Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor, MO. The family suggests contributions to the Villa St. Francis Center, 16600 W. 126th, Olathe, KS 66062.
