Farris, 1947-2006, Versailles Forrest Lynn Farris, 59, of Versailles, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, at his home. He was born May 6, 1947, in Madisonville, Ky., a son of Cecil and Virta Elizabeth Caraway Farris. On Dec. 11, 1965, he was married to Jane E. Price, who survives of the home. Mr. Farris was an over-the-road truck driver leased to Heartland Express. Also surviving are two sons, Stacy Farris, of Versailles, and Richard Farris, of Kansas City; a daughter, Beverly Farris, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a brother, Wayne Farris, of Madisonville; four sisters, Shirley Roberts, of Princeton, Ky., Roberta Farris, of Versailles, Marsha Ray, of Maryland, and Vanessa Tucker, of Springfield; and three grandchildren, Chase, Sabrina and Samantha.
