Delores R. Farris, 78, Flemington, MO, (formerly of Shawnee, KS), passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at the St. John's Health Center, Springfield, MO. A Funeral procession will leave 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, from the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, for a 10:30 a.m. graveside service at the Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7;30 p.m. Delores was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star-Beatrice Chapter in Shawnee, KS, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Shawnee. She was preceded in death by her son, Jim and husband, Marion (Bud). Survivors include her son, Don Farrris; brother-inlaw; four sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
