He was born on August 29, 1949 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Robert and Sarah Farris. He worked for the City of Jacksonville for thirty-seven years. Survivors include his wife of 33 years Lucille; one son Michael (Vicki); one daughter; Heather (Darren); one precious granddaughter; Darienne; two brothers; Floyd (Shirley) and Jay (Anna); one sister Wilma (Lloyd); many nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends and co-workers. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ferreira Chapel with Pastor Justin W. Griffis officiating. Internment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2005 ( TODAY ) in the Chapel. The arrangements for the Farris family are under the care and direction of V.
