Born in Cambridge-Narrows on September 19th, 1909 she was the daughter of the late Emmerson and Eva (Evangeline) Farris. Muriel is survived by her sister Edith Stephenson of Cambridge- Narrows, her sister-in-law Garda Farris of Cambridge-Narrows, her nieces Donna Stephenson (Roger) of Cambridge-Narrows, Marilyn MacBeth (Nelson) of Fredericton, great nephews, Matthew MacBeth of Fredericton and Jonathan MacBeth of Petitcodiac. Muriel was survived also by extended family, Marcel and Johanne Prevereau, Wendy, Bayton and Talon Brideau and Don and Brenda Moffett. She was predeceased by her parents, her infant brother Arthur and infant sister Marion Farris, brother Ronald Farris and brother-in-law Bill Stephenson. Muriel was a hard working, kind and gentle person, always puttin! g the needs of others above her own. Mim dearly loved her home and family by whom she will be greatly missed. Muriel was a member of the Second Cambridge Baptist Church and for several years was employed at The Daily Gleaner in Fredericton. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Visitation will be held at her residence 1230 Bridge Dr. Cambridge Narrows on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm and Thursday 2-4, 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be from Narrows United Church, 1309 Bridge Dr on Friday, October 7th, 2005 at 2pm. Interment at Cambridge Baptist Cemetery, Lakeview Rd. The family would appreciate expressions of sympathy be made to the Gideon Bible Society or to the memorial of the donor's choice. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
