Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great- grandmother and friend passed away in her home after a full, tenacious and preserving life. She was born in Whiting, IA to Melvin and Vada Everett. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Herman Farris. She grew up in Souix City, IA and moved to Tucson with her husband in 1977. Cleadus, known by so many as "Nanny" loved life and held on strong until the end. She loved to travel with her husband, go camping and fishing, play cards, do crossword puzzles and sew. She especially enjoyed five generation family gatherings of which she had been a part of for three consecutive generations. Cleadus has been a member of Community of Hope Church since 1985 and was there to set the cornerstone in the building that still stands today. She loved and was loved by her church family. She is survived by daughters, Marcia (Don) Van Den Borre, Nikki (Sco! tt) Meinhardt of Tucson; son, Wayne (Doris) Farris of Pinetop, AZ; brother, Keith (Dorothy) Everett of Sioux City, IA.; grandchildren, Steve Schuldt, Shelley Richardson and Cathy Delaney; her "double-first" cousin, Delores Ellison of Omaha, NE; several great- grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, niece, nephews and her cat companion "Suki". All through her life she possessed wit and humor and her love and companionship will be dearly missed by all.
