Susan, I agree these Farris families are quite a puzzle but, the ALEXANDER Faris' must be the most frustrating of the whole lot of them (so many with this name). Hopefully we have some relationship here. I think it is possible that your Alexander (the son) may be 'my' Alexander. Do you know any dates on him or his father? I believe that my Alexander died young, probably before 1840. I don't know when, where or why he died young though. Do you know if your Alexander is related to the Rev. War, Isaac Feris? Isaac had brothers named Caleb and Alexander. If you do not have dates, I will try to keep your Alexanders in mind, while I am researching my Alexander and will let you know if I should find any dates.
