This Farris stuff is like a fungus it's everywhere it's everywhere. I live just outside of Phoenix, Ariz. in Peoria, Arizona, was born in Oakland, Calif moved here in 1977 because of the Dry Heat. In the summer I get so tan it looks like I came from India maybe I'm looking up the wrong names. There's also a Washington County, Indiana. So between all the Washingtons, and all the Williams and everyone using the same names and everyone spelling the name or names differently the Farris Family is hard to figure out who's related to who. If you leave out one name or intial your really messed up. My family almost like the rest of the Farris'/Faris/Faries/Ferris'/nad Faires we stared out from Ireland to Va. or S.C. ,some to Ill. some went to Ark., some went to Missouri, some went to Kansas, Oregon, Calif., Arizona and it's real hard to find who started all of us. It feels good when you think you find a link then you let everyone know on the net and someone else says no thats my link. But its fun. Yes I'm everywhere if something looks close I answer it I may not be right but you never know until you answer someone.
