I have been subscribed for awhile but waited for my email address situation to stabilize for awhile before posting. I am a descendent of Francis Marion PHARES (also Farris or Ferris) b. 1848 in Circleville, OH. He later moved to Illinois living in both Sangamon and Logan counties. While in IL he married Julia VAN DORN. I am just getting started but am researching PHARES, VAN DORN, HUFF, and HEATH. Since I am at work, I don't have more info handy right now.
