She was a native of Rock Hill, S.C., daughter of the late Arthur Franklin and Mary "Mamie" Jane Neal Price Ingram, wife of the late Robert William Faires Sr., sister of the late Herbert Tracy Ingram, Nancy Elizabeth Ingram Brazil, half sister of the late Ollie Mae Price Ferrell, mother-in-law of the late Edward Elbert Welch, homemaker, member of First United Methodist Church, circle, Mount Holly Chapter No. 345 Order of the Eastern Star for 50 years. SURVIVORS: Sons and daughters-in-law, Robert W.
