His estate was probated 7 March 1771 in Frederick Co, and his wife, Isabella, outlived him. Among his children were two sons mentioned as Administrators of his Estate: John Faris and Thomas Faris. Now I don't know anything about Thomas yet, but John continued to live in Frederick Co near Emmitsburg, was in the Rev. War and is buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery (the old one) near Emmitsburg. John was b 1744 and died 1832. I havn't gotten John Faris' will yet, but am going to Frederick Co soon and will get a copy (or in Annapolis), so I don't know the names of his children - I do know who he married.
