    2. Dear Dan, Wish I lived closer and could benefit from your expertise in searching these things out. One day (when I retire from teaching in a few years) I hope I'll have more time to dig through archives. It is interesting to me, but right now, there isn't much time for that in my schedule. Thanks again for all your hard work. Susie

    3. Susie, Hi! I'd love to have a research companion or two or three here with me. Am envious of our cousin Carole in Pennsylvania who can usually find cousins to go to the libraries and court houses and archives and cemeteries with her. Way to go, Carole! 3. Hi Ruth, Do you know of a connection? I don't. A quick search on-line shows numerous websites listing Ian Esom Faris' birth and death dates in the 1600's. He certainly had a very unusual name. It would be too great a leap to connect my Faris lines to someone who born almost a century before the earliest of mine who is known. I'd be happier to connect mine to their parents. ;-) Dan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ruth" <ruthplay@scrtc.com> To: <FARRIS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, March 17, 2006 7:57 PM Subject: Re: [FARRIS-L] Moses Faries (died 1812) Family Bible Records > Was this Moses Faries descended from Ian Esom Faris? > > Ruth > > Love is, above all, the gift of oneself. ~Jean Anouilh
