My great aunt's notes say of William Lee, "His parents were Isaac Farris and Sarah Thompson. Wm. Lee had two brothers: Mitchell and Waddie; and two sisters, Susan (who first married an Easterday and second Galveston Montgomery), and his other sister Sarah married Jacob Bonta and lived in Switzerland Co., Indiana." Alas, my source here is no longer around to ask about where she got the info. Interestingly, she also wrote that the 'Farris' spelling was not standardized by my line until about 1900. What I do know is that William Lee Farris's son (my great, great grandfather) was Isaac Thompson Farris (Ikie), which is at least suggestive. Someone also submitted that Isaac Farris's wife was Sarah Thompson to familysearch.org, I noticed.
