    3. FYI, South Carolina Farris group. We found, last friday at the Delaware Historical Society: 12/03/1786 James Faris and Jane his wife, of York County, South Carolina; appoint our brother Richard Adair, attorney; to receive one-seventh part of a tract of land in New Castle County, formerly belonging to William Adair. wittnesses: William Fearis and Alexander Fearis We have a family of Adair in the Pencader Presbyterian Church information who married Ann Faris, Jr. of DE. Don't count us out! We are connected somehow to the South Carolina group.....we from the DE and PA group, that is. Now we have more to research to see where it connects. We are posting a letter by snail mail to our Faries group that said they had Faries in South Carolina. Let's see what we get as a connection. Gail Faries and Carole Faries Werner :}

    2. Hi Stephanie, First I would like to say thank you very much for sharing this information with all of us. This is my direct line of Faires' and I would be very interested in knowing the name of the researcher if I could. George Broach and Mary Faires were my GG Grandparents. As far as I know they did not divorce as the Hickman County Kentucky 1850 census shows George and Mary Broach and their family, one of which was my Great Grandmother Ellen (Elie) Price Broach age 2.
