I have cut and pasted this from the rootsweb help page. May I suggest that complaints be sent to the listowner per the directions listed below instead of sending offensive messages such as the one that Neal Caskey at ostrich@bellsouth.net sent to the mail list where all subscribers, including those of us who were trying to stay out of the petty bickering, have to read it. ********* HOW DO I CONTACT A LISTOWNER? To contact a listowner of any RootsWeb list, send an email to: LISTNAME-request@rootsweb.com And put RE: Listowner in the subject line. This tells the computer to forward it to the listowner. Substitute the list's full name in for LISTNAME. For example roots-l would be: ROOTS-L-request@rootsweb.com ************* Basically this means to send an email to: Family_Bibles-L-request@rootsweb.com (or for those on digest Family_Bibles-D-request@rootsweb.com) and in the SUBJECT line (not the body of the message) write: RE: Listowner then in the body of the email write your message to the listowner.
