I think it was wonderful of Barbara to type all those Ebay entries, and I think it's sad that someone chose to insult her for her efforts to help. It's sad that she has become discouraged about helping in the future. I too have received a terribly insulting email after only trying to help others. And I know quite a few other researchers who have experienced the same. It seems there are some people who enjoy being cruelt to others instead of helpful.
