You can email them at fccinfo@fcc.gov to voice your opinions on your objection to this. Or you can visit them at their web page at http://www.fcc.gov/. I think this is a bunch of crap myself and feel we shouldn't have to pay this extra fee to the phone company. Have a good weekend.
