    2. There are 10 items to check in the potential problem list report. If you run the report with only one item checked it will be much less confusing to correct only one item at a time if you print out the report.     3. This is the first time that I had seen this suggestion (and been using FO since v5). Thanks and more thanks. My problem list is rather large (I know some of them because they are not resolved), but it always seemed so overwhelming. By using the one at a time approach, it took just a few minutes to clear up the first tick. Will continue this way and find that it IS a managable project. Thanks again.
