It appears there is no more tech support on Family Origins. The Formal Soft website is a Catch 22 situation. Has anyone come across this problem--I installed 10 on my new laptop with XP. It worked fine for 2-3 months until I wanted to add new data. I was using a program to copy data by a USB cable from the desktop to the laptop. FO-10 did not like this at all. Now I can's even get the program to open. I am getting a message that says "we encountered an error opening this program. Do you want us to notify Microsoft"?
