    1. [FO] Missing Info List
    2. Have been trying to use the Missing Information List. I highlighted three facts, b, m, and d. Then selected the three list options. I then selected ten individuals that I wanted this info on. When I went to print only three names appeared and not all of the facts that I selected were present. Did it again with different and more names and got the same results. What am I doing wrong? any recommendations Walt

    3. Walt, In the Missing Information List dialog box, to the right of the list of facts, what List Options have you selected. Your choices are: -- Print if fact is missing -- Print if fact exists but date is missing -- Print if fact exists but place is missing More than likely, one or more of these options have not been selected and is therefore affecting what gets printed. Checkmark them all and see what happens. Allan Plucinik Colorado Springs, CO [email protected] wrote: >Have been trying to use the Missing Information List. I highlighted three >facts, b, m, and d. 3. I have not used this particular list. It looks interesting. I guess I will have to try it a bit more than this little test. It looks like a nice way to print up a to-do, or information needed list. It looks like it is only reporting the missing facts for the individuals selected. If Birth and marriage are complete then only the part of the death fact that is missing is reported. In my case, I am still alive so there are two blank lines for my death information, but my birth date and place are entered as are my marriage date and place, so they are not even included. If John Doe has none of these facts entered, there will be two blanks on each of the Birth, Marriage and Death lines. So, I don’t think that you are doing anything wrong, unless you know that more of the individuals entered have missing data. Alfred D.
