I have often received different information on a birth or death date and just entered it under alt. birth date giving the circumstances in source and notes, i.e. John Doe b. 24 JUL 1930 according to Uncle Harold John Doe alt . birth b. b. 24 Jan according to CABI is believed that cousin Harold mis-read what his father wrote for the birth of John Doe Works fine for me and acceptable in all programs , I think?
