FO will recognize this type of reference for general notes but it will not recognize it in a source. FO thinks the reference is the comment. But the comment is still in the gedcom file. You can use your text editor to open the gedcom file and find this code, NS214741, near the end of your gedcom file and there you can see the comment that is supposed to be in the source.
