    3. That is just the way it is when you paste or insert files from your word processor without saving it to text in advance. I have wished for a tab capability in the notes for years. It may have something to do with preparing the text for gedcom. To eliminate the square boxes, save the word processor file to a text file before you copy or insert it into Family Origins and it will do away with the boxes. I get the square boxes in my Family Group Sheets and other screen reports that are printed directly. If they are saved to rtf, apparently .rtf reads them correctly and the boxes disappear. It is too late for version 10. Maybe it will not be a problem in Rootsmate. Betty ----- Original Message ----- From: "John S.
