    3. Does anyone know if there is a help list (like the one for FO) for ancestry.com? Some where that there is a Real live person. I can't figure out how to get the "advanced image viewer" for the 1930 census and the "basic viewer" intolerable.

    3. Can someone tell me how to check my ActiveX control setting? I just accessed ancestry.com through "Opera" verses Netscape that I usually use. On Opera I had the "download advanced viewer" option that was missing with Netscape. When I tried to down load I got a box that said " ActiveX control failed to load Check browser security settings " The problem is I don't know where to find this setting. :-( Yvonne > Does anyone know if there is a help list (like the one for FO) for > ancestry.com?
