Regarding your items 1. and 2., if you want to include sources but not the citation details, when you setup the printing options for printing a book report, UNcheck the box that says, "include citation details..." That will print your sources, but not the citations. (Pulldown menu REPORTS > BOOKS >) If you wish to omit sources altogether, then UNcheck also the box for "include sources" in the same window. To print a list to see where all a source has been used, go to the pulldown menu LISTS > SOURCE MANAGER. Highlight the source in question, and select the "Print..." button.
