You may want to go to http://www.kinkos.com/ and the bottom right hand corner read about Kinko's prep file. It's a program for PC's that is supposed to let you save your documents on disk in a format that Kinko can use without any problems. I have NOT tried it yet, so don't know how it works, but someone had told me about it and said it was pretty good. Just a suggestion.
