I have looked at the *Lists*, I would like for quick referral a list showing all that I have in my data base, including names, birth dates, and marriages, so when I am on AOL Genealogy Forum, I can readily answer others. Debby

I do not know of any standard built in report that will give you what you are asking for, but an easy to create Custom Report will provide this type of information. The Custom Report feature is provided to permit anyone to build about any desired report. Two known drawbacks to the reporting are known. First, only the first occurance of any fact will be shown, and secondly you cannot include the notes or sources, multi media files, address info, or To Do info. Sample Report Templates are included on the CD. Just start with one of them as a pattern and make your changes. Operationally, the Report Generator is the same as with any Relational Database program. It may take you a little while to grasp the mechanics, but once that is done, your in business.
