    3. I am presently using version 8. I ordered FO 9 but never installed it (I was perfectly happy with 8). Will I encounter any problems upgrading from 8 to 10?

    3. None whatsoever, but make sure you have backups of your databases to fall back on, "just in case." ANY software can "hiccup" during installation, so make sure you have an extra backup before you install.
