    3. I don't know who sold you version 9 now, because version 10 can now be ordered and costs the same price. My suggestion to you would be to get a refund and order version 10 at the same price, but that is up to you. To answer your question about installation, though, I have always simply installed over the previous version, and have never had any problems at all. Easy as pie. That being said, however, if you value your genealogy half as much as I do, MAKE SURE you have recoverable backup copies ON DISKETTE OR OTHERWISE OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMPUTER before you install, because it is always possible for something to go wrong, no matter what software you are using.
