    3. I was not careful entering multiple marriages in the order that they occurred. Didn't realize how important this was until I generated a "descendant" report. What I got was the marriages in order of how they were entered, regardless of date. Is there an *easy* way to swap the order of the marriages, or do I have to delete and then re-enter the marriages in the correct order? Thank you, Tom

    3. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I went to the Edit menu, rearrange > spouse and clicked. I'm of course presuming that you do this while the main person is highlighted:o) Sue Cancio At 04:36 PM 8/13/2001 -0600, Tom Rennebaum wrote: >I was not careful entering multiple marriages in the order that they >occurred. 3. Highlight the individual with the multiple marriages you want to rearrange, Go to the "Edit" menu, Select "rearrange" Select "spouses" Drag them to any position you want by moving over one, pressing the mouse button and sliding it up or down into the position you want before releasing the button, (If you select "Children" instead of "spouses" you can rearrange the children in a family the same way) Good Luck, Alfred =========== ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tom Rennebaum" <tomrenn@rmci.net> > I was not careful entering multiple marriages in the order that they > occurred. 3. Highlight the spouse with multiple marriages, select edit, rearrange, and simply move the spouses into the correct order (drag and drop) You can do the same with children when they are not in date order. 3. Click on edit, rearrange and choose spouses. You can put them in the order you want. Reordering children works the same way.
