When I went to formalsoft.com the version 10 order form would not open. I was eager to get my check in the mail so I just wrote my check and put it in an envelope addressed to the same address that I used last year: Formal Soft, Inc. P. O. Box 495 Springville, Utah 84663 I was ordering the standard book bundle upgrade so I made my check for $29.95. Please confirm if I made my check in the correct amount and sent it to the correct address. I am hoping that Bruce ships by U. S. It looks OK to me, except that it sounds like you forgot the $5.00 shipping/handling charge. I wonder why the order form wouldn't open, and I further wonder why there is no provision for upgrade pricing on the mail order form.
