Thank you Mary and Wayne for your replies. I tried Wayne's suggestions. I didn't know the "one-occurrence" fact about a custom report. That's a bit limiting, in my view, but what the hay. I did, Wayne, go into the Individual List and create reports as you suggested. Although the output is not in the manner I would have hoped, as I really did like the custom report layout I had created, it does help me review my information and make potential data gathering easier. Thanks for the very clear directions. I always learn something from this group.
