I get one email that has one big long message of all the emails and headers. They are not "attached," they are just listed one after another with a lot of gobbledegook sprinkled inbetween. I'm on AOL - does that make a difference in how the digest arrives in my mailbox? I will also add that I believe I don't always get all the messages included in the digest. I frequently read "replies" to messages I never saw previously. What gives with that? Susan
OK ALREADY <};-) I already admitted it once, don't make me say it again, PLEASE! I have used only Outlook Express and didn't know any better. Don't think you get all the messages? I wonder if AOL in it's infinite wisdom has decided to truncate the messages at a certain length rather than bounce them? Does the last message always look complete, or is it sometimes clipped in the middle? I have been getting the digests, I haven't checked to see if all the messages are there or not, I just assumed ( there I go again) they were, gotta go now and check. Yes, AOL serves them up differently. That explains why so many people reply to something and the subject line is something like " Re: [FO] Re: FAMILY-ORIGINS-USERS-D Digest V01 #254 " Hay people, I just had a thought (rare occasion ). It would make it easier to understand what you are talking about if you would cut and copy the subject of the individual message to the "subject line", or type it in. The digest volume number doesn't say much about the message. Alfred ========= ----- Original Message ----- From: <SueDotLund@aol.com> ------SNIP------ > > Huh?
