I have a new computer with Win ME, I'm trying to re install Family Origons 9 and having a problem. Can some one walk me through it? Thanks, Yvonne
What do you mean by reinstall? Has Family Origins 9 been installed on this computer and operating system before? What did you do that you need to re-install it? If this is the first install on this computer, or are-install after you have done the Windows Un-install, it should go quite smoothly. You just shut down all programs that you have running on your computer, including the anti-virus software, put the Family Origins version 9.0 CD in the CD drive and close the drawer. Follow the prompts and hit next a few times, maybe change the folder you install it in from the default if you insist, a few more next buttons and a finish button. (If I remember correctly) Software installation cant get much simpler than that, unless you buy it already installed. You will have to be a little more specific about where your problems come in. I just cannot imagine where the problem could be.
