FO was the best genealogy program up until RootsMagic. I saw it demoed last Saturday. Once you see RootsMagic, you will drop FO. RootsMagic is similar to FO but "new and improved". I can say that with 100% confidence that I am right. Trying to keep FO and RootsMagic both updated/synchronized will just waste time. Make a couple back-ups of your FO files, just to be safe, and then GEDCOM over to RootsMagic and believe me you will not look back or wish you were on FO. I too have introduced two people to genealogy this month. I showed them FO on my PC. I recommended that they order RootsMagic now. Why spend money on version 10 FO when RootsMagic will be in our mailboxes soon.
