Carol S. of the Irish Hills, MI and I sat down today at our mutual volunteer site today and figured out how to generate an index in WordPerfect. 1. Generate a Rich Text Format (rtf) in FO. 2. Open it in WP. 3. Go to the very end of the report AFTER the word "Index" 4. In WP click on Tools - Reference - Index 5. Define your index 6. Generate the index After you've done this your index will probably be in a large font. Before your first entry, click on the font size you want. Then to put in columns do the following: 1.
