    3. I had reason to do this at one point in time for my ex-wife. She wanted her information. I unlinked her from myself, thereby creating a separate tree. I was then able to create a GEDCOM file using her name, with all her descendants and ancestors. It seemed to do the trick. - Tom Stombaugh -----Original Message----- From: georgia draves [mailto:robinhd@shawneelink.net] Sent: Wednesday, January 08, 2003 10:58 AM To: FAMILY-ORIGINS-USERS-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [FO] F.O. 9.0 I have Family Origins 8.0 with an upgrade to 9.0 on my desktop. I need to get the F.O. program for 9.0 to install to my laptop with floppies instead of a cd which I used to install to my desktop. Is this possible? In the past, one had an option. Another question, is there a way to take one family line out of F.O. 9.0 database without taking all the lines (should one want to give a line to someone)? If not on 9.0, how about F.O. 10? Thanks. I hope this makes sense. georgia draves robinhd@shawneelink.net ==== FAMILY-ORIGINS-USERS Mailing List ==== The Genealogical Companion http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/2399/tgc.htm Browsable Archives: http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/family-origins-users/
