Yes, at the bottom of the the birthday/anniversary list dialog box there is a drop-down list of choices for what to do with the list. By default it says screen/printer. Click on the drop-down arrow to list other options. Thus instead of printing the information you also have the option to save the data to a text file (*.txt), wordprocessing file (rich text file *.rtf) or to an acrobat reader *pdf file. Any word processing program such as WordPerfect or Word will open the *.rtf file or *.txt files. Use Acrobat Reader to open the *pdf file.
