How do I keep the marriage info separate from a note when a book is printed? The he/she married __________ is printed along with the last line of the general note. This does not happen in all cases but it does in most of them.
Enter a 'new line/carriage return' character (the Enter key) before the start of the note. If you also want a blank line before the note, enter two of them. The same after a Fact note, if you want to start the next fact on a new line, put one blank line at the end of your note, if you want a blank line after it, hit the enter key twice. The General Individual note already has a blank line between it ant the marriage information, so if you add blank lines after them, you will get a rather wide space in the report. The Spouse information starts on a new line, after the family information, and note, so one "CR" there would cause a blank line in the book. In book reports this works quite well, but it sometimes looks a bit odd on individual summaries and family group sheets. Alfred D.
