    3. Bob, I had this happen quite a bit, also. And yes, it usually is because of what you said. Go into the fact source for that individual, click somewhere below your text in the blank area, and hit the backspace button on your keyboard until the cursor backs up to the end of your last bit of text. This will eliminate the extra spacing between facts. (If you decide you want ONE blank line between each fact, then ALWAYS end your text with one extra enter-key depression.) As for RM, the problem will still be there. Spaces and enter-key depressions are considered part of the text. Sue Bob BJORKMAN wrote: > I have an annoying problem when printing Individual Reports.
