    1. Re: [FO] frozen screen?
    2. This sounds like an "infamous" problem experienced by many Internet Explorer 5.0 users. If you are using this version...the only thing offered up, so far, is to try "repairing" IE5. Didn't solve it for me...but doesn't hurt to try: 1. Goto Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs 2. Highlight <Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0> in list of programs and click on <Remove> button. 3. A dialog window will open and one of the choices is <Repair Internet Explorer>. This checks/refreshes the IE files and then allows you to finish and exit. Hope it helps you !!! -=Kevin=- In a message dated Mon, 14 May 2001 6:03:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time, MorseSA@aol.com writes: << I have started to have a problem. After getting a person, then going to a sub area, like to his Note section and typing something there, the screen freezes up and then the mid section go into a white page like with the background of the report behind. The only way out is to close down the computer since the X will not take the command. Anyone else out there had this problem? Stafford-Ames Morse >>
