One source I used was identical to both databases. I use the "merge source" to combine the exact same sources together into one but still shows as a double listing. I changed each to just New York State Men without any other data, publisher, year, etc., and it still doesn't combine. Anything I can change when trying this? Thank you. Darci Did you check the repository? That has to be the same as well in order for the merge to work. This has happened to me on occassion. Generally I discover that one of the two "identical" sources also has a repository attached to it, while the other doesn't.
