    3. I keep reading "FOW" in many of the e-mails from the mail list. Please tell me what FOW stands for.

The first version of FO for Windows was version 3.0, and if I remember correctly there was also a version 3.0 for Dos. (At least versions 1 and 2 were Dos versions.) The Dos versions went away several years ago, but old habits in what they were called to tell them apart kind of sticks around. Jim
