GEDX has several options which includes the conversion of FTW GEDCOM to FO GEDCOM. It is fairly well documented and has tutorials. So far it has done a reasonable conversion of FTW GEDCOMs. For example, I recently imported a FTW GEDCOM with over 10000 names. The LST file had nearly 800 pages of "errors".
