I've been backing up both to MY DOCUMENTS folder and to a CD-RW. Now I need to use a new CD. I am getting the following message: "You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission." The CD is empty. There is no password on my entire HD (I am the only user). What can be wrong? Thanks Arlene
