I'm traveling on vacation at the moment, so please excuse my lateness in replying.... If you are interested in producing pdf files from FO you have it made as long as you use WordPerfect 9. I've done 'book' reports via rtf files, opened it in WordPerfect, and then used the "Publish to PDF" function. This produces a basic pdf file which then can be opened easily with a pdf reader (free). I just did a 9 generation report with source notes and it took only 150KB. This is easily sent via e-mail or even put up on a web-site for downloading.
