    2. I am now having problems when I have two files open at the same time. It seems that the one I am working in occasionally locks up. Is this a common problem, or do I need to re-install my program? Thanks Kathy McKellep-Lathrop

    3. How much memory do you have in your computer? What do you have your "Virtual" memory set at? It sounds like you are running out of resources of some kind, and memory is the primary suspect. Re-installing the program very seldom fixes anything, although an awfully lot of people recommend it. 3. Your best help will arrive when you tell the list what version of FO you are running. If version 8.0 or 9.0 there are patches available for download at http://www.formalsoft.com/files.htm to solve many problems. -=Kevin=- ----- Original Message ----- From: <KMcKellep@aol.com> To: <FAMILY-ORIGINS-USERS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2001 2:57 PM Subject: [FO] Two windows I am now having problems when I have two files open at the same time.
