Evidently I did create the fact myself and forgot about doing it. With the computer system the temples are using now, it makes things easier to track to have a seperate "Initiatory" fact. Both on the tracking sheet and on the pink and blue slips one receives from the temple, the initiatory is listed seperately so it can be checked off and the date recorded just as the other ordinances are. My wife and I (and others here) find it works well to let the youth take the slips on youth temple trips to take care of the baptisms and confirmations, then we take care of doing all the initiatories at another time. With the initiatories done, (and checked off) we often ask others in the ward to help with the endowments if they are going to the temple and do not already have a name to take. Evidently this is why I created the initiatory fact, but then I forgot I did it. Jim
